However, the process of internalizing these valuesis not always easy, especially in creating attitudes of discipline, responsibility,empathy, honesty, and tolerance amid the diversity of students' abilities and characters. To find out more about this, this study uses adescriptive qualitative approach that focuses on the role of teachers as agents ofsocial values from the perspective of educational sociology. The research was conducted at SMPNegeri 2 Kota Batang, involving three teachers from two classes, namely gradesVII and VIII, who were selected using purposive sampling. The main datawas obtained through classroom observation using structured observation guidelines, covering aspects of value delivery, learning strategies, andstudent social interaction. Mereka berperan sebagai penggerak perubahan yang mendorong komunikasi yang lebih setara, kolaboratif, dan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, melibatkan 12 guru milenial di MTs At-Taqwa Kota Pemalang melalui wawancara dan pengamatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru milenial memiliki kemampuan adaptif terhadap teknologi, terbuka terhadap inovasi, dan menghargai kebebasan berekspresi serta kerja sama. Penggunaan media digital seperti Google Classroom dan WhatsApp membantu memperkuat komunikasi dua arah antara guru, siswa, dan rekan kerja. Namun, ada tantangan karena perbedaan generasi dengan guru senior, terutama dalam hal profesionalisme dan penggunaan teknologi. This study aims to analyze the relationship between childhood trauma, social environmental factors, and the formation of bullying behavior in children, as well as to examine strategies for addressing it. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through a literature review of national and international journals published in the last 10 years. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to see the relationship between the variables of trauma, social environment, and bullying behavior. The results showed that experiences of violence or neglect in childhood can cause emotional disturbances that encourage aggressive attitudes. An environment that is permissive of violence also reinforces bullying tendencies. This study concludes that bullying arises from the complex interaction between childhood trauma, parenting styles, and social environment dynamics. This study aims to analyze the role of professionalism of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers as the key to dealing with complex social changes and maintaining spiritual and moral values in education. The main questions in this study include: what are the characteristics of the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education teachers, what challenges do they face in the context of social change, and what strategies can be implemented to strengthen their level of professionalism. This study applies a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, through data collection techniques involving documentation from various relevant journals and literature sources. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the professionalism of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers consists of four main dimensions, namely: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competence. PAI teachers face difficulties caused by technological developments, changes in student values, and a lack of support from institutions. Schools are supposed to be places for learning morality, empathy, and mutual respect. However, in reality, they often become spaces where violence, mockery, and domination among students emerge. This study employs a qualitative method by reviewing various scholarly sources discussing bullying from the perspective of the sociology of education. The research problem focuses on how the phenomenon of bullying in schools reflects the failure of the socialization process within educational environments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes, impacts, and the role of schools as agents of socialization in preventing bullying behavior. The findings indicate that the main causes of bullying include weak social supervision, a culture of seniority, poor teacher student relationships, and a lack of understanding about the importance of mutual respect. Based on structural functionalism and social control theories, bullying represents a disruption of balance within the school environment. Its impact not only causes trauma to victims but also reduces their sense of safety and motivation to learn. The research was motivated by the importance of providing appropriate physical stimulation to support the development of children’s gross motor abilities. The traditional sack race game was chosen because it helps strengthen muscles, improve balance, and enhance body coordination through enjoyable and educational activities. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest model. The population consisted of children aged 5–6 years living around the researcher’s home, with a total of four participants, including two in the experimental group and two in the control group. Data were collected through observation, gross motor skill tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that the traditional sack race game had a positive effect on improving children’s gross motor skills. The results indicate that well-structured extracurricular activities, supported by consistent schedules and clear rules, effectively foster children’s discipline in terms of time management, adherence to regulations, and appropriate behavior during practice sessions. In addition, the involvement of instructors, teachers, and parental support plays a crucial role in developing children’s self-confidence through practice, performance experiences, and constructive feedback. Overall, drumband and dance activities serve as effective platforms for nurturing character development in early childhood. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study design. The subjects consist of 40 third-semester PAI students at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan, observed within a real classroom learning context. Data were collected through interactive classroom observations that captured students’ behavioral expressions of motivation, involvement in dialogue, responsiveness in discussions, analytical engagement with socio-religious issues, reflective reactions based on personal learning experiences, as well as spontaneous spiritual signals in framing learning intentions. The collected data were analyzed thematically through stages of data condensation, categorization, interpretation, and axiological reflection between theoretical constructs and field-based learning realities. The findings reveal a clear positive shift in students’ learning engagement, characterized by increased academic confidence, stronger motivation built from dialogic recognition, greater discussion participation, sharpened critical reading of religious-social contexts, and deeper internalization of knowledge as an ethically grounded and spiritually directed learning process. The study concludes that synthesizing critical pedagogy, social imagination, classic adab-based ethics of learning, and reflective experiential progressivism enables a more humane, participatory, reflective, and value-oriented PAI learning climate. The decline of ethical behavior, the rise of juvenile delinquency, and the weak implementation of character education highlight the urgency of a deeper religious-based approach. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method and a descriptive-analytical design by analyzing hadiths on the obligation to seek knowledge, Islamic character education literature, and recent studies. The data were analyzed using content analysis with source triangulation to ensure validity. The findings indicate that the hadith on seeking knowledge not only emphasizes academic obligation but also contains values of propriety, honesty, responsibility, discipline, and perseverance, which play an important role in forming individuals with noble character. These values are relevant in addressing the challenges of globalization, strengthening moral integrity, and fostering students’ spiritual awareness. The integration of hadith values into education has been proven to enhance learning motivation and ethical behavior when supported by exemplary teachers and a conducive school environment.
