In the current digital era, educators are required to be proficient in mastering subject matter and technological tools, such as virtual reality and augmentation (VR/AR), online learning management systems (LMS), interactive whiteboards, and educational applications, to create a dynamic educational environment. . The training program implemented in this case uses an experimental learning approach, combining theoretical material with practical sessions. Participants engage in teaching simulations, role-playing, and micro-teaching, followed by feedback and reflection. Supporting activities include group discussions, team work, and case studies. Evaluation and assessment measure participants' understanding and application of skills. The results of this training improve participants' technology skills, enabling them to use technology to improve the quality of teaching. Participants learn from experienced speakers, apply new skills in real-world settings, and develop innovative teaching strategies. This leads to higher student engagement and better learning outcomes through interactive learning materials and cooperative learning environments. This activity was designed with several specific objectives, such as to help participants achieve success in the TOEFL test, provide an in-depth understanding of TOEFL, share effective study preparation strategies, practical tips and tricks, and inspire and motivate activity participants. This talk show method is carried out by asking questions directly with the resource person. This activity is entitled Fun English Games, which is a fun English learning activity using a games based learning model to deliver English learning material. This volunteering activity focuses on mastering vocabulary in simple sentences. This volunteering is carried out for children who live at the Panti Asuhan Bintang Terampil Foundation, which is an orphanage for underprivileged orphans and children. It is located at the Bengkulu Skilled Star Orphanage, Jalan Merapi No. 6B, Panorama Singaran Pati, Bengkulu City. Participants who take part are specifically children from the Bintan Terampil Orphanage (Elementary and Middle School). Achieving this result is an increase in participants' ability to master English vocabulary in the topic or material being taught. After this program took place, participants were able to say several vocabulary words correctly. In addition, participants understand how to write simple sentences correctly and can speak well. This activity aims to improve the basic English skills of grade V and VI students at SDN 44 Bengkulu Tengah through an interactive, fun, and educational game-based learning approach. Referring to the Input Hypothesis theory by Krashen and Zone of Proximal Development by Vygotsky, as well as case studies from Thailand, the program integrates learning activities such as vocabulary introduction, speaking practice, listening, writing, and educational competitions in a fun atmosphere. The results showed an increase in students' active participation, high enthusiasm for learning, and the effectiveness of interactive methods in the teaching process. In addition to having a positive impact on students, this activity is also a medium for applying language teaching theory for students. Obstacles such as schedule adjustments and location access can be overcome with good coordination. A qualitative description method was used in this study to explain every aspect of the competition, from registration, assignment submission, assessment by two expert judges, and announcement of winners online through Zoom meetings with the number of participants of this competition is 50 participants. Data were collected through documentation of activities and committee evaluations.&nbsp; Results showed that taking the competition online made participation from different regions easier; however, time constraints and network issues were technical obstacles. The development of 21st century skills, such as critical thinking and digital literacy, can be encouraged by this capability. It can also encourage participants' creativity in visually displaying innovative ideas.
