ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN KETATA USAHAAN DI MI IT GENERASI RABBANI KOTA BENGKULU

Sebagai salah satu komponen sekolah, bidang ketatausahaan berperan penting untuk memastikan berlangsungnya penyelenggaran pendidikan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat serta mendalami bagaimana pelaksanaan serta pengelolaan ketatausahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara, jurnal, artikel, buku maupun laporan berita yang dapat diakses secara online maupun print atau cetak. Penelitian dilakukan di MI IT Generasi Rabbani Kota Bengkulu. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa di MI IT Generasi Rabbani tidak memiliki pegawai atau bagian khusus dalam pengelolaan ketatausahan sehingga guru kelas yang mengemban tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan ketatausahaan di sekolah tersebut. Walaupun begitu, dalam pelaksanannya ketatausahan di sekolah tersebut telah dikatakan layak karena setiap guru nya mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Dengan adanya sistem ketatausahaan yang layak pada MI IT Generasi Rabbani, maka dapat menunjang keberhasilan sekolah tersebut dalam melakukan proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan.

5. Co-Authorship

6. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by the author or Insan Cendekia upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Insan Cendekia.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Insan Cendekia or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
The Insan Cendekia will publish the article, or arrange for its publication, provided that the editorial process is successfully completed and the journal or its sublicensee becomes obligated to publish the article. The Insan Cendekia reserves the right to edit the article for consistency in punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and style, as deemed appropriate.
