SUPERVISI MANAJERIAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI PENDIDIKAN DI MI AL BAANI KOTA BENGKULU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan supervisi manajerial dalam meningkatkan pelayanan adminitrasi pendidikan di MI Al-Baani Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan penyajian data, reduksi data dan dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi supervisi manajerial di MI Al Baani yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi pendidikan meliputi perencaanan program, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Supervisi manajerial yang dilakukan tersebut telah dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan administrasi dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Insan Cendekia or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
