Humanist education is an approach that places humans as the central subject of the learning process, emphasizing human values, equality, and intellectual freedom. This study aims to analyze how humanist education can be developed without diminishing the dignity of women from a sociological perspective. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods that review various scientific sources, including classical and contemporary sociological theories such as those of Durkheim, Freire, Marx, and feminist perspectives. The findings indicate that gender inequality in education remains influenced by patriarchal social structures that reproduce bias and discrimination against women. A gender-just humanist education can be realized through inclusive curriculum reform, gender-awareness teacher training, and the creation of participatory, non-violent learning environments. Furthermore, humanist education requires collaboration among governments, educators, and communities to internalize values of equality and humanity. Thus, education becomes not only a means of intellectual development but also a vehicle for social liberation that upholds women's dignity and promotes social justice within society.
