GURU MILENIAL DAN PERUBAHAN POLA INTERAKSI SOSIAL DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH

Guru-guru milenial hadir di sekolah dan membawa perubahan besar dalam cara orang berinteraksi sosial. Mereka berperan sebagai penggerak perubahan yang mendorong komunikasi yang lebih setara, kolaboratif, dan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, melibatkan 12 guru milenial di MTs At-Taqwa Kota Pemalang melalui wawancara dan pengamatan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru milenial memiliki kemampuan adaptif terhadap teknologi, terbuka terhadap inovasi, dan menghargai kebebasan berekspresi serta kerja sama. Penggunaan media digital seperti Google Classroom dan WhatsApp membantu memperkuat komunikasi dua arah antara guru, siswa, dan rekan kerja. Namun, ada tantangan karena perbedaan generasi dengan guru senior, terutama dalam hal profesionalisme dan penggunaan teknologi. Untuk mengatasi ini, diperlukan kerja sama antar generasi, pelatihan yang melibatkan berbagai usia, serta kebijakan sekolah yang inklusif agar menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang harmonis, modern, dan mampu menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dalam pendidikan.

This agreement can be terminated by the author or Insan Cendekia upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Insan Cendekia.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by Insan Cendekia or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
The Insan Cendekia will publish the article, or arrange for its publication, provided that the editorial process is successfully completed and the journal or its sublicensee becomes obligated to publish the article.
