PERAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN GIZI SEIMBANG PADA ANAK MELALUI KEGIATAN MEMBENTUK KREASI MAKANAN KELOMPOK B DI TK PORLES BENGKULU PEDULI KOTA BENGKULU

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam meningkatkan gizi seimbang pada anak melalui kegiatan membentuk kreasi makanan kelompok B di TK Polres Bengkulu Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa peran guru yang dilakukan guru dalam meningkatkan gizi seimbang pada anak melalui kegiatan membentuk kreasi makanan adalah dengan cara meningkatkan gizi seimbang membiasakan mengkonsumsi aneka ragam pangan, menerapkan prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, membentuk kreasi makanan, pola hidup aktif dan berolahraga, menjaga berat badan ideal, dan faktor penghambat guru dalam meningkatkan gizi seimbang pada anak melalui kegiatan membentuk kreasi makanan, yaitu faktor internal peserta didik tidak membiasakan mengkonsumsi anaeka ragam pangan, faktor eksternalnya kurangnya perhatikan orang tua terhadap gizi seimbang pada anak dalam membentuk kreasi makanan gizi seimbang.

8. Miscellaneous
